WHAT IS RISING STAR?

The Rising Star Company is CC’s introductory dance company, offering the perfect first step into the world of performing and competitive dance. Dancers in this program participate in a winter performance and a local competition in the spring, giving them the opportunity to experience teamwork, goal setting, and the excitement of performing in a fun, low-pressure environment. This talented and enthusiastic group is hand-selected throughout the year to participate in an accelerated technical curriculum. Rising Star dancers grow their creativity, build strong technique, and learn the value of working together toward a shared goal.
