21 Years of Dance, Dedication, and Community

Now in our 21st season, CC & Co. Dance Complex proudly continues the vision of founder Christy Curtis-Kopcsak, who built a home where dancers could train at the highest level, feel a true sense of belonging, and develop as both artists and individuals.

Today, under the leadership of owners Grayson Troxler and Kirsten Russell, we are committed to honoring that legacy while shaping an exciting future for our dancers, families, and community.

Our mission is simple yet powerful: Igniting magic, nurturing confidence, shaping futures. We live this mission every day through our three core pillars:

Carrying the Legacy with Purpose – Preserving the artistry, values, and standards that have defined CC & Co. for over two decades.

Elevating the Studio Experience Through Meaningful Expansion – Creating new opportunities, programs, and innovations that enrich every dancer’s journey.

Ensuring Every Dancer Belongs – Fostering an inclusive, supportive environment where all feel welcome, valued, and celebrated.

From toddlers stepping into the studio for the first time to adults rediscovering their passion for movement, CC & Co. is a place where artistry meets community. Our alumni have graced Broadway stages, toured with world-renowned artists, appeared on major television shows, and trained at the nation’s most prestigious dance programs, proof that the foundation built here can take dancers anywhere.

As we celebrate 21 years, we remain steadfast in our commitment to honor our roots, embrace growth, and ensure that every dancer who walks through our doors has the tools, opportunities, and encouragement to reach their fullest potential. This is the CC Family and the best is still ahead.
