Adam Cannon began his study of gymnastics, tumbling, and acrobatics at the age of five in central Florida where he grew up. Adam’s training in gymnastics began as a way to cross train for competitive sport martial arts, and while spending almost a decade traveling the world and earning various national and world championship titles, Adam’s interest and passion for tumbling and acrobatics grew. Upon graduating high school, Adam moved to Los Angeles and began a career in stunt work, which then transitioned to a career working as an acrobat in Las Vegas. During his time in Las Vegas, Adam worked as a performer with Cirque du Soleil, as well as Sideswipe, a martial arts and acrobatics group of America’s got Talent fame. Throughout his career, he has worked as a coach for tumblers, gymnasts, and acrobats for fourteen years. He has worked and performed side by side with world class performers across different disciplines of the performing arts, and strives to bring the best of what he has learned from his experience to the next generation of athletes and performers.
Fun fact: When I am not coaching, my favorite thing to do is spend time at the beach with my wife and three children.
